Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga classes use rhythmic movements in conjunction with deep stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras. Students see and feel the results quickly, feeling energized, relaxed, and uplifted after each class.
Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya. Kriyas are set exercises for specific purposes, such as strengthening the nervous system, building up the immune or glandular system, cleansing the circulatory system as well as many other benefits to mind, body and spirit.
