Mandala Yoga Flow  is a circular movement around your mat that will enlighten your mind, body and soul. This will be a slow deep practice so that you can really feel your body and connect to your soul…  


Where will your mind go? 

Well, you will be able to see at the end of your practice.   We will relax on the mat with colored pencils and a blank piece of paper so that you can create your own mandala. The creation of your mandala will be for healing, insight and to enjoy the beautiful visual of your self expression.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning 'magic circle'.  

To create a mandala we draw our experience within a circle.  The circle both contains our experience and holds a healing power.


It doesn't matter if you think you can't draw - it's what your mandala represents that is important.  Creating a mandala is an intuitive and spontaneous.  Try not to analyze what is happening, but allow the experience to unfold in an organic way.
