Nature provides us with everything we need to thrive and feel alive. It’s time to get back to our roots and remember we are nature and nature is one with us. People who have regular experiences with nature usually find themselves feeling happier and healthier. Spending time in nature can mean anything from stopping to smell a flower or going on a major hike. My point is we all have time to connect in some way.
I feel like if we connect and love nature it is so easy to do the same within ourselves. ✌🏽💚🌳
